Position: Pharmacist
Location: Lebanon, TN 37087
Duration: 3 Month contract to start, potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Rate: $60.00/Hr
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: M-F: 2pm-10:30pm, Sat-Sun: 8am-3:30pm
Description:
Pharmacist - On site in Lebanon, TN
This will be primarily closing shifts and every other weekend
Must have pharmacist license
The candidate will work with 3 other pharmacists.
Cover shifts including nights and weekends.
On call after hours on weekend rotation.
Long term care experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail, punctuality, and accuracy.
Tennessee Board of Pharmacy License Required.
Min Education: Doctorate
