Where and when

• Location: Lake Charles, LA rental facility
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay: Overtime after 40 hours
• On-call: Periodic rotation with extra compensation

What you’ll do

• Use our T3 platform to open, assign, and track work orders and service intervals.
• Tap real-time data from hundreds of equipment makes/models to diagnose faster and choose the right corrective action.
• Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across rental and customer-owned assets.
• Document your work daily with accurate digital records.
• Order parts, assist with pick-up/delivery, and keep the shop organized and safe.
• Share your knowledge by helping train less experienced technicians.
• Apply safe work habits; OSHA familiarity is a plus.
• Grow year-round with company-provided OEM training.

What you’ll bring

• Your own job-appropriate tools.
• Advanced mechanical know-how and confidence with standard shop tools.
• Fluency reading diagrams and schematics for construction equipment.
• Great communication, teamwork, and customer service instincts.

Education and experience

• High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
• Prior field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
