Job Summary
The Military Operations Data Analyst will provide independent and objective analytical support to the Government in an onsite capacity. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing operational and budgetary data to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will handle sensitive and proprietary information, requiring strict adherence to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest protocols.
Job Responsibilities

Provide independent, objective analytical support to Government operations and decision-making

Access, interpret, and safeguard third-party proprietary and sensitive Government data

Implement appropriate safeguards to prevent potential organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) and seek Government guidance when necessary

Analyze complex data sets and present findings clearly through visualizations and briefings

Support POM (Program Objective Memorandum) and budget analysis processes

Prepare professional reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization platforms such as Power BI to support analytical outputs

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to achieve project objectives efficiently
Job Requirements

U.S. citizenship required

Active TS/SCI security clearance required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools

Experience conducting POM/Budget analysis

Strong data visualization, verbal, and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information

Flexibility to adapt to new tools and methodologies as needed
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Special Operations Forces (SOF) or similar military organizations
