Junior Financial Analyst Internship

Kick-start your finance career with a hands-on rotational role in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) supporting Client’s Corporate functions. What You’ll Get to Work On

• Learn core financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and general accounting.
• Receive training on industry-leading tools including SAP Financial modules and Oracle/Hyperion planning systems.
• Act as a finance partner supporting one or more Corporate functions (IT/Business Solutions, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, or Finance).
• Support the monthly close process by preparing reports, analyzing variances, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Develop forecasts and prepare analytics, insights, and review materials for business partners and Finance leadership.
• Assist with project reviews and analysis, including capital expenditure requests (RCEs) and contract-support analytics.
• Contribute to the consolidation of financial results for entire Corporate functions.
• Work on ad-hoc analysis and help prepare materials for leadership presentations.
• Share ideas that simplify financial processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• 0–2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting (internships welcome).
• Demonstrated leadership experience through campus organizations, jobs, or activities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
