We are seeking an experienced EDI Specialist with hands-on TrueCommerce expertise to manage and support electronic data interchange between our organization, customers, and trading partners. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for EDI operations, ensuring seamless integrations, accurate transactions, and compliance with partner requirements.
- Manage day-to-day EDI operations within the TrueCommerce Foundry platform, including transaction monitoring, error resolution, and partner communication.
- Configure and maintain trading partner relationships, onboarding new partners and ensuring compliance with their requirements.
- Support the integration of EDI transactions with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, etc).
- Develop, validate, and troubleshoot EDI maps for core documents such as 850 (PO), 810 (Invoice), 856 (ASN), 940/945 (Warehouse Orders), and 997 (Acknowledgments).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.
- Conduct testing cycles for new trading partners and document types.
- Provide training and support to internal users regarding EDI processes and best practices.
- Monitor and report on EDI performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on experience with TrueCommerce (Transaction Manager, Foundry platform, mapping).
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN).
- Experience integrating TrueCommerce with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows (purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices, warehouse orders).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot EDI transaction issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in manufacturing & retail industries.
