What You’ll Do
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover valuable insights.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to address business challenges and drive growth.
- Storytelling and Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including executives, sales teams, and technical personnel.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering results on time.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data practitioners, product owners, technologists, and customers to achieve shared goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics)
- 7 years of experience in data analysis within client-facing consulting role(s)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong storytelling skills - exhibiting data in slide form
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Experience in a professional services consulting role
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
- Experience with product management, product ownership, or data engineering
- Experience in Human Resources, Background Screening, Criminal Justice, and/or People Analytics
- A passion for data and a desire to make a significant impact
