What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor position at Equalize Counseling & Consulting, PLLC?
This position is a position where most sessions will be completed virtually with the exception of Fridays. In our time offering virtual counseling, we have found that clients prefer to meet with a counselor a few times before moving to virtual counseling. To meet this need, we would like someone who is available and willing to work on Fridays in our Denver, NC office. As a perk to being in private practice, especially as a remote employee, hours are flexible. This means that you will not have a dictated schedule and will be able to create your own schedule. On Fridays we will be requesting a minimum of 6 hours of availability in the office but the times can work around your desires. The hours for this job are largely dependent on your preferences as well. This position can be part-time (less than 15 client hours) or full-time (15 to 40 client hours). - Active NC Mental Health Credentials such as LMFT(A), LMHC(A), or LCSW
