Housekeeper – Make-Readies & Remodels
20–24 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

At Epworth Villa, we’re looking for a dependable, detail-loving Housekeeper to help prepare apartments for new residents and apartment showings. From sparkling kitchens to fresh post-remodel cleanups, your work helps create a warm welcome and a fresh start for our residents.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same, but your mission is simple: make every apartment shine.
Responsibilities include:
- Thoroughly cleaning vacant apartments before move-ins and showings
- Completing “make-ready” cleaning in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Tackling post-remodel cleanup, including dust, debris, and construction residue
- Dusting surfaces, baseboards, blinds, fixtures, and appliances
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs; sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms from top to bottom
- Refreshing kitchen spaces including countertops, cabinets, sinks, and appliances
- Removing trash and ensuring proper waste disposal
- Reporting maintenance concerns or damages noticed during cleaning
- Keeping cleaning supplies stocked and organized
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualifications include:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (especially apartments or property management)
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
