Summary:
The HR Systems Coordinator is a temporary position provides administrative and operational support to the Firm’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role ensures data accuracy, assists with system updates, responds to user inquiries, and generates both standard and ad-hoc reports. The HR Systems Coordinator collaborates closely with HR team members and key stakeholders to support daily operations and promote consistency across HRIS processes.
Responsibilities:
HRIS:
- Perform data entry and routine updates in ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Maintain data integrity by assisting with regular audits; ensuring records are accurate and current.
- Provide technical support and training to members of the Human Resources department and end-users on HRIS functionality.
- Escalate technical issues to the Senior HR Systems Administrator as needed.
- Respond to HRIS inquiries and prioritize requests from the shared HRIS inbox.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports using the Firm’s HRIS reporting tools.
- Participate in weekly payroll process tracking meetings.
Timekeeping Support:
- Assist with timesheet maintenance, schedule updates, and troubleshooting system errors.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on basic timekeeping processes.
- Coordinate with Payroll team to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Projects & Additional Support:
- Provide administrative support on HRIS-related projects (e.g., upgrades, testing, training rollouts).
- Assist with documentation of HRIS process maps and system guides.
- Support other HR team initiatives and special projects as needed.
Education Required:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant HR or IT coursework is a plus.
Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or systems-related role.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and technical support skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive data, systems, and spreadsheets with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Customer service and problem-solving oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
The expected salary range for this position ranges from $80,000 -$95,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
