ry:The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for conducting conflict checks and reviewing potential conflicts of interest for new clients, matters, and incoming attorneys. Reporting to the Director of Conflicts, the analyst supports the Firm’s compliance standards by maintaining accurate conflicts databases, analyzing relationships and information, and assisting in the resolution of potential conflicts. The role works closely with attorneys, the Office of General Counsel, Firm staff, and other members of the Conflicts Department to identify ethical and business-related conflicts and to secure necessary approvals as part of the new business and new hire process

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretiona
ry bonus.
