Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and provide outstanding support
- Assist clients with product information, service options, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction
- Promote and sell products or services tailored to customer needs, leveraging strong sales techniques
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions, orders, and account details using Microsoft Office tools
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds
- Follow proper phone etiquette to ensure clear, professional communication at all times
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships
- Support client services by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records
