This role is responsible for developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), performing resource analysis, and ensuring alignment across project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera (P6)
- Perform resource planning and analysis for complex, multi-phase projects
- Track project progress and identify scheduling risks or conflicts
- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Support project execution within an integrated team environment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in project scheduling, program management, or engineering
- Hands-on experience with Primavera (P6)
- Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
- Proven experience managing complex project schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of combined technical and project-based experience
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or military-related industries
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
Special Requirements
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to work on government contracts
