The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT projects while also defining, improving, and reporting on IT operational processes. You’ll do this →
- Own and prioritize the IT project portfolio across infrastructure, security, and operations
- Plan and deliver 5–7 concurrent IT projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall
- Coordinate IT Steering Committee meetings and executive reporting
- Define, document, and optimize IT operational processes
- Identify automation and technology improvements for IT workflows
- Produce clear, one-page stop-light project and portfolio status reports

- Strong IT Project Management experience in infrastructure/operations environments
- Working knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Windows Server, storage, networking, and backups
- Ability to “speak infrastructure” (networking, storage, SQL, OS, MDM) at a high level
- Experience with executive and cross-department stakeholder communication
- Comfort managing priorities, resources, and dependencies in a small IT shop
