One of our clients is looking for a talented Document Control Specialist to join their team.
Title: Document Control Specialist
Location: Houston, TX (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract
W2 Only
Responsibilities:
- Implement document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management.
- Administer data/document management applications.
- Maintain an accurate file system of submittals and other documentation and ensure that it is maintained and updated on a regular basis.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure company and contractual Document Management requirements are followed.
- Ensure that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
- Maintain Project’s meeting minutes.
Qualification:
- 5 years' experience in document management, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience working on EPC projects.
- Experience with eDMS (Oracle).
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Self-starter with proactive, results-oriented focus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job execution
