Overview:
- Provides commercial input into clinical development, including indication prioritization, trial design, endpoints, and competitive positioning to maximize long-term asset value
- Supports market intelligence efforts across epidemiology, treatment landscape, and competitive pipelines to inform strategic decision-making
- Contributes to forecasting, scenario planning, pricing strategy, and investment decisions to guide commercialization and lifecycle planning
- Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other teams to support launch readiness and coordinated market entry
- Ensures U.S. commercial, access, and evidence needs are embedded into global development and launch strategies to drive adoption and success
Profile:
- 12-15 years of biopharma commercial or development experience with strong exposure across the product lifecycle, particularly pre-launch through commercialization
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed, fast-paced environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Thrives in high-growth, ambiguous settings with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
