We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality personal care and delegated nursing services to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Wage: $19.00–$21.50/hr. DOE
Schedule: PM Shift (0.6 FTE): 4:00pm–9:00pm

What You’ll Do
• Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotions
• Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care
• Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using assistive devices and safe body mechanics
• Offer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devices
• Provide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RN
• Assist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN)
• Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when needed
• Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities
• Use dementia care techniques including validation and redirection
• Assist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapists
• Maintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
• Ensure proper organization and stocking of medical and household supplies

What We’re Looking For
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Commitment to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays
• Preferred: HHA certification in Minnesota
• Preferred: Experience working with older adults in hospital, nursing home, or home care settings
• Preferred: Prior medication administration experience
