Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight:
- Provide direct clinical supervision and support to SAIOP staff, ensuring quality of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Program Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAIOP, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring program goals and objectives are met.
- Staff Management:
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional growth within the team.
- Client Care:
- Oversee client treatment planning, counseling services, group facilitation, and crisis intervention within the SAIOP framework.
