We’re looking for a personable, organized, and motivated Recruiter to join our Long Island team. Our office currently supports one established client with a strong working relationship, giving you the opportunity to learn their operations, understand their hiring needs, and become a trusted recruiting partner.

You’ll have a focused client account, meaningful relationships to build, and the opportunity to contribute as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit candidates through job boards, phone calls, text messages, referrals, and community outreach.
• Post job openings and review applications.
• Conduct initial screenings and explain job duties, pay, schedules, and hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and start dates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our applicant tracking system.
• Communicate with your team and client contacts about hiring needs and candidate updates.
• Help build a dependable candidate pipeline and support a positive experience for applicants and employees.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• An organized approach and attention to detail.
• A friendly, professional attitude and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort speaking with people by phone and in person.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a busy staffing environment.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Recruiting, staffing, or hiring experience is a plus. Candidates with strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
