Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Rancho Cordova

Monday- Friday: 8:00AM -5:00PM (OT as necessary)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments and exempt roles. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, and proficiency in recruiting tools. The Recruiter will play a key role in talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with company goals and employment laws.

Duties

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple channels such as social media, job boards, and campus recruitment.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
• Engage in talent management activities such as succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluations.
• Perform research on labor market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
• Cold call potential candidates and generate leads for hard-to-fill positions.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse recruiting or general recruiting 2 years minimum is preferred.
• Strong background in talent sourcing, talent acquisition, and relationship management across diverse industries.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
• Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable.
