Branch Manager – Staffing Agency

What You’ll Do!
- Lead the Charge: Run day-to-day operations of the branch, overseeing recruiting and staffing for a fast-moving food distribution center.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Develop close relationships with key client contacts to understand staffing needs, solve challenges fast, and deliver exceptional service.
- Drive Results: Manage high-volume recruitment of warehouse associates, forklift drivers, pickers/packers, and more — ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
- Own the Numbers: Take charge of branch profitability — managing budgets, analyzing P&L, and driving growth.
- Inspire Your Team: Coach, mentor, and motivate recruiters and coordinators to hit goals, grow their skills, and love what they do.
- Think Big & Move Fast: Identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and scale operations to meet evolving client demands.
What You Bring!
- 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or branch management — ideally with light industrial or warehouse clients.
- Proven success managing high-volume accounts, especially in fast-paced industries like food distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Natural leadership skills — you know how to motivate teams, lead by example, and create a winning culture.
- Strong understanding of operations, scheduling, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Solid experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills — with the ability to pivot quickly and stay cool under pressure.
