Pay Rate:

• LPN: Up to $39.00
• RN: Up to $44.00

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the unit

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage care plans

• Monitor regulatory compliance and uphold facility standards

• Serve as a resource and mentor to your team

Unit Manager Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in Delaware

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
