Product Marketing Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts across a growing portfolio of products. This is a dynamic role focused on product positioning, market testing, messaging experimentation, and full-scale launch execution.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure each product not only reaches the market — but thrives in it.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Own GTM plans from scratch — audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, pricing strategy, positioning, launch campaigns, everything.
Product Launches & Market Testing: Run MVPs, pilots, soft launches, early access programs — test quickly, learn aggressively, pivot smarter.
A/B Testing & Messaging Experiments: Develop messaging hypotheses, launch campaigns, measure results, and double down on what clicks (and what sells).
Customer Insights & Competitive Analysis: Build customer feedback loops. Dig into competitor moves. Always be two steps ahead — not chasing, leading.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership. Bring marketing’s voice into product decisions early.
Sales Enablement: Build the decks, sheets, one-pagers, and battle cards that make Sales unstoppable. Train the team on new product pitches.
Lifecycle Marketing: Help craft the post-sale experience — onboarding, upsells, retention — because launches aren’t a finish line, they’re a starting gun.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure what matters: pipeline impact, product adoption rates, customer retention, revenue growth per line.
What You Bring
5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably with 2 years in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven experience launching multiple products (preferably across different industries or customer types).
Deep expertise in core Product Marketing skills: positioning, messaging, market research, GTM planning, and sales enablement.
Sharp instincts backed by cold data: You have a “feel” but you always test and prove.
Excellent written and verbal communication: Clear, confident, and convincing — whether in a customer email or a boardroom pitch.
Strong organizational and project management chops: You can juggle launches across several business lines without dropping the ball.
