Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for battery monitoring analog ICs and fan motor driver ICs in the USA, aligning with business objectives.
- Set go-to-market strategies for BIG3 automotive OEMs, Tier 1 battery solution suppliers, and energy storage solution (ESS) customers.
- Define product positioning and promotion planning for target segments and customers.
- Lead efforts to secure design wins in collaboration with sales and FAEs and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide sales teams and sales partners with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their efforts and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Contribute to set product strategy, roadmap development and product definition for next generation products.
- Develop product marketing strategies include pricing, promotion plans, product launch, and product handouts.
- Actively drive opportunity funnel growth and conversion to revenue. Meet target revenue goals established by the business group.
- Some International travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 plus years of application experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive/industrial semiconductors is essential.
- Experience in analog semiconductors (Battery Monitoring ICs, Motor Driver ICs, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in building semiconductor businesses from the ground up and establishing high-level relationships with semiconductor design teams in automotive/industrial markets is a plus.
- Experience in building a business utilizing sales channels.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude, capable of working under pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve customer technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for business operations.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required.
Salary : $124,000 - $180,000
