We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and proactive Wellness Success Coach and Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll conduct diagnostic tests, provide exceptional support between visits, and promote solutions that transform health and wellness for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Patient Onboarding and Engagement

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their wellness goals and convert leads into loyal customers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, acting as their trusted partner throughout their wellness journey.
• Maintain regular communication between visits to check progress, address concerns, and celebrate milestones.
• Educate patients on how to incorporate wellness strategies into their daily routines, including personalized recommendations and health optimization plans.

Clinical Support

• Perform and administer advanced diagnostic tests, including EKGs, spirometry, FeNO, DEXA scans, Styku body composition scans, VO2 max testing, and resting metabolic rate assessments.
• Draw blood for lab work, ensuring proper technique, safety, and accurate sample handling.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment with precision and compliance with established protocols.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and care coordination to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience.
• Clearly explain test results and connect them to personalized wellness recommendations.

Wellness Solutions and Product Education

• Introduce patients to Blue Sky Provention’s premium offerings, including supplements, skincare, peptides, stem cells, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on each patient’s unique health goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance patient outcomes and drive engagement.
• Educate patients on the benefits of these solutions and how they integrate with their overall health plans.

Technology and Operations

• Leverage technology platforms, including EHR systems (e.g., AllScripts), CRM tools, and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, to streamline workflows and enhance patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, test results, and sales activities.
• Troubleshoot and utilize patient-facing apps and tools to enhance engagement and support.

What You Bring

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a healthcare, wellness, or clinical role, with a focus on patient engagement.
• Ability to draw blood and perform medical procedures with care and precision (phlebotomy training or certification preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered mindset.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, CRM tools, and standard business software.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated to empower patients to achieve their health goals.
