Epic Health Partners, LLC is seeking compassionate and motivated QMHP-registered professionals to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team. This full-time position includes a blend of in-office responsibilities and field-based services, providing crisis response, community stabilization, and case management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct crisis intervention and stabilization services in the community.
- Support the completion of initial assessments and assist with the collaborative development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) under the direction of a licensed professional.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and provide basic mental health education to support individual stabilization.
- Accurately document all service notes and submit all documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
- Ensure all documentation, including required signatures, is uploaded timely and charts remain 100% compliant.
- Assist with coordination of care through referrals and discharge planning to connect individuals with appropriate internal and external behavioral health resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
- DBHDS Statewide Crisis Training Certification
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in crisis services
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Successful background check, Central Registry clearance, and TB screening required
Shifts Available:
- Afternoon/Evening
- Overnight
- Weekend
Compensation: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Employees must work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least 1 hour of in-office work daily. Benefits (available after the probationary period):
