As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brief Summary of Duties

• Respond to customer service messages from online marketplaces via email, phone or chat
• Provide first line technical support for ECOM based customers when contacted by phone, email, or chat
• Work with ECOM and EPC Services teams in RMA and repair situations to ensure efficient processing
• Creating/activating product listings online and updating inventory quantities for all platforms through our inventory management software. (Amazon, NewEgg, Shopify, Redeployment)
• Provide backup for ECOM order fulfillment, and customer returns using EPC invoicing software as needed
• Other duties as assigned by department supervisor.

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Computer skills
• Proficient communication skills, Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail

Experience and/or Education Preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and communicating through email
• Previous employment in computer related job
• Experience in troubleshooting PC related hardware, and a good understanding of Windows 11

Necessary Personal Skills to Interact with Staff, Customers, and Clients

• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
