Outbound Telemarketer

Partners Personnel is currently seeking qualified candidates working as TeleMarketing and Inside Sales Assistants for our client located Lancaster PA. The selected candidates will be working on site daily with some flexibility in scheduled hours, 28-37.5 hours weekly. It will be offered as a Temp-to -hire position. You will be primarily responsible for lead generation and scheduling appointments for the Outside Sales Reps. The database you will be working with is robust and is multi-state, as well as being refreshed and new generation consistently. Our client was established in 2005 and offers service and installations of eco-friendlier water filtration systems and works primarily in business-to business sales. The selected candidates will be paid a set hourly rate Plus the opportunity to earn additional bonus through the sales of units resulting from the appointments set.Job Duties:Prospect and Outreach: Our inside sales representative will reach out to companies in our service area by phone to identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and set appointments for outside sales representatives.Engage: Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationshipsFollow-Up: Use people skills to get past gatekeepers and talk to decision makers for employee drinking water to schedule a sales appointmentReporting: Document all calls using our CRM and update to indicate client interest, manage new leads, maintain proper records of lead contactsQualifications: Being Self Motivated and Results oriented.· Experienced in inside sales, telemarketing and/or customer service (Required)· Professional and clear verbal communication· Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment· Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions to potential customers· Handle approximately 100 outbound dials per day· Adaptable problem-solvers who can think on their feet· Excellent customer service, interpersonal, computer, telephone and email skills· Computer knowledge to quickly work a CRM and OutlookThe client offers a base hourly amount with the opportunity to earn Bonus with the number of appointments set along being tied into the sales resulting from your appointments set.
