Partners Professional is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Reps with background in Logistics and/ or Supply Chain for a location in Elizabeth NJ. This is a temp to hire role and will be on-site daily, Monday through Friday with a set schedule of 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. This position requires having experience with servicing assigned customers from start to finish as well as understanding BOLs, order set-up and close out, billings, customer communication and being thoroughly accurate in data entry, billing, order tracking/management. Additionally, having advanced skill level in Excel is a requirement.Tasks and Duties:· Servicing assigned accounts from start to finish· Order set-up: BOL, timely entry of bin, placing BOLs, tracking return paperwork, order pickup· Close Orders: accurate billing, tracking numbers entered, correct ship dates, documentation to customer· Inbound Setups: matching inbound details prior to cargo arrival, inserting bin when inbound arrives, tracking paperwork· Inbound Confirmation: accurate billing, information attached (MUs, location, Qty, Damages, etc.)· BOLs created when necessary- with correct information, confirmed when sent by customer· Reporting: ( Internally or to Customer) Stock status, Item activity, Open Orders, Open Receivers. EOD report to management, next day activity, pickup schedulesQualifications:· MS Office -Word, Outlook and Excel. MUST have advanced Excel skills with pivots· Strong Communications – verbally, written, phone· Completing all required and on going training, retention and application in work· Exceedingly accurate and accountable for work. Naturally driven to check and double check work for accuracy and to resolve mistakes quickly.· Understanding that being timely in communications internally, externally, and in working with other CSRs, warehouse associates, carriers and vendors in important.Our Client is a nationally known logistics group with multiple offices across the US.
