Your responsibilities include onboarding and training technicians, managing budgets, travel approvals, and equipment requests, and maintaining dashboards and reporting standards. You will partner with leadership and clients to plan headcount, scope new projects, and drive governance across the region. Regular duties include hosting team meetings, conducting 1:1s, managing internal communications, and fostering client relationships to identify growth opportunities. You will also ensure compliance with SLAs and collaborate with other supervisors to deliver a robust governance framework.Travel may be required up to 25%.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all roles & responsibilities of all levels of TechniciansConduct onboarding, offboarding, and training for all TechniciansCommunicate & partner with other teams regarding existing & upcoming projects and relay that information to the team where necessaryAct as team liaison for all employee needs from an HR perspectiveManage the request and approval of all travel requests and billing of associated costsManage the team's day-to-day budgets and generate purchase requestsManage the team's dashboard and ensure all metrics and reporting standards are metWork with Service Delivery Manager (SDM) & Client to establish future headcount and plan to deliverManage the team's Wiki, Hub, and newsletters to the wider companyConduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and host weekly team meetingsActively develop client relationships & explore team opportunitiesScope new projects and provide high-level consultation of partner asks and delegate accordinglyCollaborate with other leads & executives to deliver a robust governance platform with adequate dashboards & data availableResponsible for overall service governance in region delivering on all SLAsESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Proven experience in team leadership and people management within IT or technical environmentsStrong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, reporting, and operational governanceProficiency in data analytics and process-driven decision-makingAbility to manage remote teams and projects effectivelySolid understanding of Audio-Visual Systems and IntegrationsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational and time management skillsDESIRABLE CRITERIA:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fieldITIL Foundation or higher certificationPMP or other project management certificationExperience with collaboration technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)Familiarity with governance frameworks and SLA managementAdvanced knowledge of AV systems, networking, and IT infrastructureKnowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platformsLean Six Sigma or process improvement certificationExperience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
