Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach is seeking an organized, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our resort team. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, this position assists with the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and helps ensure our cottages, public spaces, and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
This role supervises Public Area Attendants and Houseperson staff while serving as a primary point of contact with our contracted housekeeping vendor. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and supporting both guests and team members.

The Housekeeping Department supports a large resort property that includes 147 guest cottages, comfort stations, a clubhouse, fitness center, ballroom, conference rooms, arcade, miniature bowling alley, welcome center, public restrooms, and other guest amenities.

Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Public Area Attendants and Houseperson staff.
- Coordinate daily with the contracted housekeeping vendor responsible for cottage cleaning.
- Ensure cottages are properly supplied and prepared for arriving guests.
- Deliver linens, supplies, kitchen items, and other requested materials to cottages as needed.
- Assist with cottage turnover support, including making beds and preparing accommodations when operational needs require.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
- Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout public areas, amenities, and resort facilities.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager with scheduling, training, and daily department operations.
- Promote a safe, positive, and guest-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, resort, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Customer service-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
