This is a full-time, year-round position at Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets.
- Be actively involved during service and jump in wherever needed.
- Lead daily lineups and keep the team informed, motivated, and focused on great guest service.
- Train, coach, and support team members to help them succeed.
- Assist with employee scheduling and timekeeping.
- Help manage labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
- Support Food & Beverage programs and initiatives designed to improve guest experiences and grow revenue.
- Assign and manage opening and closing side work.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Address employee performance concerns and assist with coaching or corrective action when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to create a great overall experience for our guests.
- Solve problems, make decisions, and help keep the operation moving—even when things get busy!
- A positive, hands-on leader who enjoys working with and motivating a team.
- Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervisory experience.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Someone who can multitask, stay organized, and keep their cool in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs is helpful.
- ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.
