Description

The assistant server's responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the servers' needs is the priority
  • Following the sequence of service as established by venue
  • Working as a team to ensure flawless service to all guests
  • Setting and resetting tables
  • Clearing tables
  • Accommodating all guest's requests and anticipating needs

Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role.

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre waterfront resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay. We offer four restaurants, two pools, two private beaches, four tennis courts, boating and sailing and championship golf.

Pay range: $23.00 - $27.00 based on tips and service charges
