The assistant server's responsibilities include:
-Assisting the servers' needs is the priority
-Following the sequence of service as established by venue
-Working as a team to ensure flawless service to all guests
-Setting and resetting tables
-Clearing tables
-Accommodating all guest's requests and anticipating needs
Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role.
