IPS - Integrated Logistics/Product Support Manager

Join our team as an Integrated Logistics/Product Support Manager (IPS) and play a critical role in ensuring mission success through world-class logistics planning and support. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for developing innovative maintenance concepts, predictive logistics plans, and provisioning strategies that keep complex systems operational and ready. From analyzing maintenance requirements to creating training programs for operators and maintainers, your expertise will directly impact readiness and reliability.
Minimum Requirements And Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering or related field. (or equivalent experience.)
- 3-5 years' experience in logistics planning.
- Familiarity with Army logistics standards, ILS processes and MIL-STD documentation.
- Strong understanding of ILS elements, provisioning and maintenance planning.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in logistics analysis tools and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
- Develop maintenance concepts and reliability-centered maintenance analysis.
- Create predictive logistics plans and estimate Means Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Perform Maintenance Task Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
- Prepare Operations and Support Cost Analysis.
- Analyze diagnostics and testability.
- Develop and validate operating and maintenance instructions.
- Prepare training materials for operator and maintainer courses.
- Provisioning tasks:
- Identify support items and field-replaceable spares
- Perform Logistics Support Analysis
- Prepare engineering data for provisioning.
- Other duties as assigned.
