The Opportunity
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hardware/software issues remotely
Base-level training to our customers over the phone
Perform remote software upgrades
Research issues by reading logs and configuration files
Log all help desk interactions into the ticketing system
Redirect issues to correct resource
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Inform management of recurring problems
Daily Responsiblities
Problem Solving, Diagnostic, and Conflict Resolution Skills,
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, Troubleshooting and Configuring Windows and Linux Operating Systems

Capstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment". As a "critical infrastructure industry" worker in the Transportation and Logistics industry, associates are considered exempt from local restrictions such as curfews, shelter-in-place orders, and other mobility restrictions when reporting to, returning from, or performing his or her work functions.
