Minimum Requirements And Qualification
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience using Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Familiarity with other engineering tools and software that complement Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Demonstrated experience as a Cameo Systems Modeler or in a similar role, with a strong focus on MBSE.
- Experience with SysML (Systems Modeling Language) or UML (Unified Modeling Language)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in team environment interacting with a variety of functional areas and management levels
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
- System Modeling: Create, analyze and maintain system models in Cameo Systems Modeler to represent requirements, architecture and interfaces.
- SysML and MBSE: Apply systems engineering principles and MBSE practices to design and document systems architectures using the Systems Modeling Language (SysML).
- Collaboration: work closely with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to refine models, provide modeling expertise and ensure project objectives are met.
- Analysis and Validation: Analyze complex systems, validate designs and resolve technical inconsistencies in the models.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create custom system analysis reports and ensure models are well-documented and traceable.
