Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for a team of 6-15 members
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Support meetings including virtual conference setup and note-taking
- Handle data entry and maintain organized filing systems
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Provide customer support through regular email and phone communication
- Coordinate tasks and assist with general administrative duties
- Support department projects and event planning initiatives
- Facilitate process improvement and documentation efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
