EnviroVantage is looking for**Project Managers in the Portland, ME
area.**
Essential Functions
- Take ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion
- Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project
- Procure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out
- Oversee and provide guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan,
equipment, materials and disposal on their jobs
- Monitor production and project costs to ensure each job is completed
- Review and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports for their
- Continually update a 3-week look ahead for all projects
- Interact with the customer on a regular basis and be the lead on
- Proactively develop relationships with subcontractors
- Oversee all change order requests and submit in conjunction w/
- Responsible to ensure project close out package is completed, and
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction
- Experience managing federal government contracts preferred
- Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass a federal government background screen
- OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response
within 30 days of hire
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training.If not current, willing to get
