Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
- Communicate frequently with clients to gather information and provide support
- Follow up on pending requests and documentation
- Prepare and distribute timely documentation to clients
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support general office operations and administration
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
