Duties

- Maintain restroom facilities by sanitizing sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and windows to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures responsibly while adhering to environmental service guidelines.
- Use janitorial equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, extractors, and cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with general custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services within commercial or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors.
- Ability to operate janitorial equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards in environmental services.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
