This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
Qualifications:

To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as leading or advising on external civil rights compliance activities related to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; developing or making recommendations on external civil rights compliance procedures or policies; and coaching, mentoring, or leading others.

Responsibilities:
You will:
- Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to staff with respect to external civil rights enforcement activities and external rights compliance by programs or activities that receive financial assistance from EPA.
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Office of the External Civil Rights Compliance.
- Develop and implement external transparency initiatives and websites to conduct a timely and effective pre-award form 4700-4 review process.
- Manage the informal resolution agreements (IRA) process, including the facilitated IRA Process.
- Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
