Qualifications:
For the GS-9: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service that demonstrates all of the following:-
Coordinating the flow, review, or processing of official decision documents, correspondence, or similar materials for senior leadership or governing bodies.

Maintaining, organizing, or updating tracking, filing, or retrieval systems (manual or automated) used to monitor the status of cases, votes, reports, or other official actions.

Analyzing incoming materials (e.g., recommendations, reports, votes, or correspondence) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

Preparing summaries, reports, meeting materials, or written communications for leadership review or distribution.

Assisting with the planning, scheduling, or logistical support of high-level meetings, hearings, or briefings, including preparing agendas or documenting outcomes.

Using automated systems or databases to input, track, update, or retrieve information related to workflow, correspondence, or official actions.
OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree,
OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
OR Combination of Education and Experience.
