Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the AR department and the full AR business process. This includes sending written notices to customers when their payment is due, working with billing and accounting departments to correct or update customer information and researching accounts that have not yet been paid to ensure that the balance has been paid in full. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail, work ethic, and have professional phone etiquette. Other job responsibilities include:
Full-Time
Hours- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
This is an on-site position

Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the AR department and the full AR business process. This includes sending written notices to customers when their payment is due, working with billing and accounting departments to correct or update customer information and researching accounts that have not yet been paid to ensure that the balance has been paid in full. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail, work ethic, and have professional phone etiquette. Other job responsibilities include:
- Follow-up with customers on overdue invoices.
- Process payments received.
- Apply processed deposits.
- Complete account reconciliations.
- Answer customer questions.
- Process new customer applications.
- Attend weekly meetings’
- Assist Accounting Department with Month-End Closing.
- All other duties assigned by managers
- Process Credit Cards
Full-Time
Hours- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
This is an on-site position
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 years of Experience in Accounting Receivables
- Understand basic math principles
- Excellent Customer Service
- CDK Experience is a plus
