Key Responsibilities Of The Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Manage high‑volume weekly billing and FOB sales activity as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Prepare daily reconciliations, aging reports, and payment analysis as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Perform collections activity and communicate professionally with clients via email as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Process cash ticket sales, deposits, checks, and credit card transactions as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Create work sites, gather NTOs, manage credit line applications, and verify billing information within SAP as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- NTO experience required; exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
Salary : $45,760 - $55,000
