Environmental Designers Irrigation has been making lawns greener while saving water since 1990. Based in Monmouth County, we service irrigation systems in a vast area encompassing New Jersey as well as parts of Pennsylvania and New York.

SEASONAL ADMIN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls and professionally interacting with customers
- Responding to customers' questions and scheduling service appointments
- Maintaining accurate administrative files and documents
- Helping out in other areas around the office as needed
YOUR SCHEDULE
You'll work full-time hours in our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We're currently expecting you to work from Mid February to Mid October.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal Seasonal Admin Assistant is a team player who can work accurately and treat customers and coworkers respectfully. We're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Phone etiquette and communication skills
Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software would be a bonus!
