Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment throughout all EAS manufacturing facilities in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. You will Work on various types of equipment and machines, keep all documentation current, correct, and orderly, maintain and schedule all preventative maintenance tasks, and keep a well organized work area as well as the assigned maintenance vehicle.

- Perform preventative maintenance duties on EAS assets per schedule
- Carry out maintenance assignments
- Drive company vehicle between EAS locations
- Ensure equipment is in good working order
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Follow all EAS safety standards and guidelines
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
- Identify areas for improvement
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma
- Experience in fabrication machinery and robotic repairs
- Experience in refrigeration/HVAC
- Experience and knowledge regarding welding machines and leads
- Experience in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics controls a plus
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills, coaching, and problem solving
- Advanced understanding of equipment design and operation
- Personal computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and functions
