The candidate for this position must be bilingual and be able to speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently.

The primary duties of the Recruiting Admin will include working with the recruiters throughout Marathon Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with onboarding new employees
• Assisting with obtaining important documents for employment
• assisting with the distribution of equipment to new employees
• assisting employees with any problem that needs to be addressed

Compensation will be based on experience/qualifications and negotiated at time of interviews. Degrees are not required, but will be beneficial for this position.
