- Up to $80,000 base salary with performance bonus potential

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader in fine dining
- Proven success leading culinary teams, curating menus, and executing consistently at a high standard
- Strong expertise in food and labor cost management, vendor relations, and inventory systems
- Skilled in staff development, coaching, and building disciplined kitchen operations
- Culinary degree or equivalent formal training preferred
