What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative position at Enviromatic Systems?
Climate Design is a premier home service company that strives to provide superior customer service since 1973. We are seeking a full-time reliable and experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team! This person will be responsible for communicating with customers, technicians, and other company personnel to schedule work in a timely manner. The right candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be eager to assist our customers. In addition to dispatching, your other duties may include invoicing customers, making purchase orders, ordering parts, and building maintenance and repair proposals. Prior experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred but not required.

- Answer a high volume of calls
- Dispatching technicians to jobs sites based on their territory
