What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a defined sales territory focused on preventative maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC systems
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, networking, social selling, and industry events
- Uncover customer challenges through discovery and communicate value-based solutions, not just price
- Conduct site visits, manage estimating and quoting, and present tailored maintenance proposals
- Close deals with confidence—and stay involved through follow-ups and contract renewals
- Build long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and commercial property stakeholders
- Consistently update CRM (Pipedrive) to track pipeline and sales activities
- 3 years of B2B sales success, ideally in the commercial HVAC or facilities services sector
- Confident closer with a proven ability to sell solutions and build trust
- Experience in HVAC service estimating and/or project management is a big plus
- Strong territory development mindset—a hunter
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with the regional market and existing book of contacts is a bonus
